As of May 1, 2026, we have implemented billing for services provided under prepaid packages.

Key rules:

• We issue a separate document (invoice) for each type of service,
• we bill a specific service order after completion using only the funds available within the given category (as described on the invoice),
• it is not possible to settle any orders from any package or transfer funds between different categories,
• the package’s validity period is 2 years, calculated from the date the invoice is issued; after the validity period expires, the package expires and is non-refundable,
• orders are settled by default from existing packages (settlement via a new invoice despite having a package requires the Customer to explicitly indicate this when placing the order),
• to issue invoices for prepaid packages, a written order (document or email) must be submitted.
